Investigating Committees

The Investigating Committees (IC) panel is made up of people from within your profession and lay people from outside of your profession.

Once your regulator has gathered all the information it requires and it considers there is a case to answer, it will submit that information along with its allegations to the IC which meets in private.

The IC will then consider whether there a case to answer.
