GMC Rule 7 letter and responses

After completing its investigation, in accordance with Rule 7 of the General Medical Council’s Fitness to Practise Rules, the GMC is required to send you its allegations along with copies of any documents received by it in support of its allegations.

You will be presented with all of the information it seeks to rely upon along with the allegations and given an opportunity to provide your written representations. You will usually be provided with 28 days to provide your response along with any supporting information you have.
